Recipe
Prepare one cup of rice and wash well.
Water it with one and a half glass of water.
Add salt.
If desired, add peanuts and stir.
Engage on heavy fire.
When it boils, cover and cut to a weakly moderate fire.
Cook for another 10 minutes, then turn off and do not loosen.
During this time, chop the onions, garlic, carrot and red pepper.
The rice is ready.
Put the wok on a strong fire.
Add butter or oil.
When it warms up, add onions, garlic and carrots.
Fry for 3 minutes.
Add the shitake mushrooms and stir.
Add salt, pepper, and cumin.
Stir and fry for another 7 minutes.
Add peppers.
Fry for another 2 minutes.
Add spinach.
Mix and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice.
Mix well.
Well add, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and two tablespoons of honey.
Whisk four eggs and pour over.
Stir and fry for a few more minutes.
Over this you can add chopped hot peppers and leaves of spinach, arugula or parsley.
If desired, and pomegranate sauce.
